Kills Feedback loops of effects in patchbays!
If you run your effects processors inputs and outputs on the same channel in your patchbay, you will cause a feedback loop when you disconnect from the front of the patchbay. If you insert one of the 'Kill Plugs' into the front side of your patchbay, you will get a clean disconnection of the feedback loop, with no sounds going in! Click Here to view example.
Kill signal splits into mono in patchbays!
If you use your patchbay to split a mono signal into a dual signal, this can make the signal weaker. When you only need to use a mono signal, you can insert a 'Kill Plug' into the unused jack on the front of your split channel. Your signal instantly turns to mono, with none of the signal loss associated with splitting a signal, and way faster than switching your cables input!
Kills Dust from entering 1/4 inch jacks!
A quick and easy way to keep dust out of your unused 1/4inch jacks. Just insert and no dust can get into the jack, and the Joystick look and Glow in the Dark brightness is sure to catch peoples eyes! Click Here to view example.
Hand made individualy by order, so every one is unique, and made in the U.S.A.!
Kill Plugs are hand made so no two are exactly alike! The only model that you can choose any colors on, is the 'Glow in the Dark 2-Tone' Model, where you can choose one color, from red, blue, purple, black, yellow, orange, or green.
The Glow in the Dark Rainbow Bright model can be ordered with or without the glassball on the end. (This model is only advisable for use with the glass ball end, only if it is to be used in a vertical position, like on a mixer board, unless it is going to be used horizontaly for short periods of time, as the weight of the glass ball may cause stress to your 1/4 inch jack.)
Kill Plugs are safe to use, as they are completely dead 1/4inch ends! They will cause no more damage than a cable in your 1/4inch jack would cause, possibly less as there is no possibility to hit the other end of a cable and cause a loud thump.
